Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical health needs, utilizing best practices to inform and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training.
* Utilize specialized tools and modalities such as ultrasound therapy and electrical stimulation to enhance patient recovery.
* Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary based on individual responses and treatment outcomes.
* Educate patients on self-management techniques and wellness strategies to promote longevity and quality of life.
* Document patient encounters precisely and consistently in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.
* Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
* Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights from physical therapy perspectives to enhance treatment for patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will be working primarily with a diverse population that includes adults experiencing a variety of physical health conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Your expertise will be essential in supporting patients as they navigate their physical health challenges, empowering them towards improved functional outcomes and enhanced quality of life.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
* Proven knowledge of physical therapy assessment, treatment modalities, and rehabilitation techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
* Ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
* Commitment to continuous learning, including staying updated on advancements in physical therapy practices.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in an outpatient therapy setting, particularly treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
