Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical health needs, utilizing best practices to inform and develop tailored treatment plans. * Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training. * Utilize specialized tools and modalities such as ultrasound therapy and electrical stimulation to enhance patient recovery. * Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary based on individual responses and treatment outcomes. * Educate patients on self-management techniques and wellness strategies to promote longevity and quality of life. * Document patient encounters precisely and consistently in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies. * Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. * Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights from physical therapy perspectives to enhance treatment for patients. Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working primarily with a diverse population that includes adults experiencing a variety of physical health conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Qualifications * A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. * Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California. * Proven knowledge of physical therapy assessment, treatment modalities, and rehabilitation techniques. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team. * Ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. * Commitment to continuous learning, including staying updated on advancements in physical therapy practices. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
