Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Physical Health Therapist at Health Coast Behavioral Center, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from adults to seniors experiencing a variety of physical health challenges. Patients may include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those with chronic pain, and individuals undergoing rehabilitation after injury. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. * Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California. * Strong foundational knowledge of physical health disorders, rehabilitation principles, and treatment planning. * Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills with a commitment to delivering effective patient-centered care. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, as well as independently. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and patient engagement. * Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with modern therapeutic tools and methodologies. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
