Work Environment Working at Health Coast Behavioral Center means being part of a vibrant team within a busy outpatient office setting. Our facility is designed to promote a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' physical health and wellness to understand their unique needs and challenges. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions. * Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other relevant techniques. * Engage in regular case consultations and collaborative work with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. * Participate in psychoeducational programs and support groups to empower patients and enhance community support. * Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards. * Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring timely and effective assistance during critical moments. * Stay current with advancements in physical health therapy and mental health care through ongoing professional development activities and training. Patient Population / Client Focus The patients you will serve range from adolescents to adults struggling with various physical health issues intertwined with mental health conditions. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
