Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify their specific rehabilitation needs. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and conditions of each patient. * Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound. * Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback. * Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, mental health professionals, and other healthcare providers to deliver a well-rounded approach to patient care. * Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, therapeutic exercises, and strategies for managing pain outside of therapy sessions. * Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights with multidisciplinary team members to enhance the quality of care. * Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all patient records are kept up to date. You will work with diverse demographics, including older adults, athletes, and individuals referred from mental health services. Qualifications * A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. * Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. * Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport with patients and collaborating with team members. * Ability to conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans that align with individual patient needs. * Commitment to staying current with industry developments and integrating new therapy techniques into practice. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $115,000 and $130,000 annually.
