Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify their specific rehabilitation needs.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and conditions of each patient.
* Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound.
* Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
* Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, mental health professionals, and other healthcare providers to deliver a well-rounded approach to patient care.
* Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, therapeutic exercises, and strategies for managing pain outside of therapy sessions.
* Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights with multidisciplinary team members to enhance the quality of care.
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all patient records are kept up to date.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with diverse demographics, including older adults, athletes, and individuals referred from mental health services. Qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.
* Ability to conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans that align with individual patient needs.
* Commitment to staying current with industry developments and integrating new therapy techniques into practice.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $115,000 and $130,000 annually. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
