Work Environment This full-time position requires your presence at our onsite rehabilitation facility, where you will engage directly with patients and collaborate with a committed team of healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough physical assessments to determine the physical health needs of patients, designing personalized rehabilitation plans accordingly. * Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient mobility and strength. * Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback to ensure optimal rehabilitation. * Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and address any emerging patient needs. * Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to empower them in their healing journey. * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care. * Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and rehabilitation protocols. Patient Population / Client Focus Our rehabilitation facility serves a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. You will engage with individuals at various stages of recovery, providing tailored support to meet their specific physical therapy needs while respecting their personal goals and challenges. Qualifications * Must possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. * Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California. * Strong understanding of various physical therapy modalities, rehabilitation practices, and patient assessment techniques. * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patient cases simultaneously. * Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress. Preferred Experience * Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable. * Experience with specialized populations, such as geriatric or post-surgical patients, is a plus. * Familiarity with evidence-based outcome measures and their application to patient care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
