Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-depth physical health assessments to determine the needs of patients, incorporating their medical history, mental health status, and therapeutic goals into a comprehensive treatment plan. * Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in patients. * Utilize a range of therapeutic exercises and modalities to address physical impairments and promote recovery, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care. * Collaborate closely with mental health professionals to create a synergistic treatment plan that addresses both physical and mental health challenges. * Educate patients and their families about physical health, rehabilitation techniques, and self-care strategies to foster independence and successful recovery outcomes. * Document progress notes and treatment plans clearly and accurately, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Actively participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to the advancement of the facility. Compensation and Benefits This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
