Our client, a leading firm in the construction industry, is looking for a skilled professional to lead and estimate mechanical projects, primarily focused on HVAC, piping, and sheet metal work for commercial office buildings.

What You'll Do:

• Manage HVAC mechanical projects from start to finish including scheduling, coordination, and execution.
• Prepare accurate estimates and manage change orders to keep projects on budget.
• Oversee design-build processes as part of integrated project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with an in-house full HVAC shop, which includes sheet metal fabrication, service departments, and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.
• Use tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore to streamline communications and project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial mechanical construction, preferably HVAC.
• Experience handling change orders and engaging in design-build projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team that handles everything in house, from fabrication to installation.
