Project Manager Qualifications:

Experience managing public construction projects of $10M+ (schools, municipal, government, and similar)

Knowledge of public-bid requirements, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, and public owner reporting

Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and cost control

Ability to coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and public owners from preconstruction through closeout

Self-starter with strong leadership and relationship-building skills

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

$125,000 - $160,000
