Registered Nurse (RN) - Director of Nursing

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On-call rotation every 4 weeks for 1 week.

Assignment Details: 46 bed skilled nursing facility.

Requirements:

• Current and valid professional license.
• Relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per facility protocols.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
