PositionSummary

The Retail Home Delivery Driver supports retail operations by safely, accurately, and efficiently delivering cannabis products to customers in accordance with company policies and Nevada cannabis regulations. This customer-facing role is responsible for timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, inventory control, cash handling, and strict adherence to delivery, security, and safety requirements.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

• Coordinateandexecutedailyretailhomedeliveryoperations.
• Delivercannabisproductstocustomersresidencesincompliancewithapplicablelaws,companypolicies,anddeliveryprotocols.
• Verifycustomeridentityandeligibilitypriortocompletingdeliverytransactions.
• Accuratelyprepare,transport,anddelivercustomerorderstoensurecorrectandtimelyfulfillment.
• Accuratelyoperateandmaintainthepoint-of-sale(POS)systemandrequiredseed-to-saletrackingsystems.
• Ensureaccuracyoftransaction,delivery,andinventorydataenteredintorequiredsystems.
• Followpropercashhandlingproceduresduringdeliverytransactions.
• Maintainaccurateinventorycountswhencompilingandreconcilingdeliveryorders.
• Completerequireddeliverydocumentation,receiptverification,reconciliation,andrecordretention.
• Safelyoperateapprovedcompanyvehiclesfordeliverypurposes.
• Conductbasicpre-andpost-tripvehicleinspectionsandpromptlyreportvehicleissues.
• Followassigneddeliveryroutes,schedules,andtimerequirements.
• Complywithcompanypoliciesregardingauthorizedstopsanddeliveryconduct.
• Followestablishedprocedurestopreventloss,theft,ordiversionofcannabisproductsandcash.
• Maintaincustomerandpatientconfidentialityinaccordancewithapplicableprivacyandsecurityrequirements.
• Comprehendandapplyallsecurityandsafetycomplianceproceduresandprotocols.
• Promptlyreportsecurity,safety,compliance,vehicle,ordeliveryincidents.
• Maintaincleanlinessandorganizationofdeliveryvehicles,inventoryareas,anddelivery-relatedworkspaces.
• Identify,address,andappropriatelyescalatecustomerserviceissues.
• Maintainopen,professionalcommunicationwithmanagementandcoworkers.
• Providesupporttoretailanddeliverymanagementtoensureefficientoperations.
• Performotherdutiesasassigned.

MinimumQualifications

• Mustbeatleast21yearsofage.
• Mustsuccessfullycompleterequiredcriminalbackgroundchecks.

• MustbeabletosuccessfullycompleteandpassrequiredvirtualMETRCtraining,asapplicabletotherole.

Positionsrequiringoperationofacompanyvehiclerequire:

• A valid drivers license
• Adrivinghistorythatmeetsthecompanysinsurancecarrierrequirements.
• Previouscustomerserviceexperiencepreferred.
• Equivalentcombinationsofeducationandexperiencemaybeconsidered,includinginternalexperience.

WorkEnvironmentandPhysicalRequirements

Thispositionrequiresworkinginenvironmentswherecannabisproductsarepresent,whichmayincludeexposuretomarijuanaodorandplant-relatedairbornedustparticles.

Thisisacustomer-andpatient-facingpositionandrequirestheabilitytosee,hear,andcommunicateeffectivelyinordertointeractwithcustomers,verifyidentification,operatepoint-of-salesystems,andperformessentialjobduties.
