Key Qualifications for the Commercial Roofing Project Manager:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years supervising and installing commercial roofing systems.
• Project Management: Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in the industry.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a must.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and job tracking capabilities.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager.
• Technical Reading: Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting construction drawings.
• Safety and Quality: Ability to conduct and participate in safety meetings and manufacturer inspections. Ensure safety walks, quality walks, and daily completion of QC/QA forms.
• Licenses: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
