The Opportunity

You'll lead the financial, contractual, and operational execution of commercial construction projects. You'll anticipate challenges, hold teams accountable, and make decisions that protect the schedule, budget, and client relationship.

What You'll Take Ownership Of

- Lead projects from preconstruction and buyout through completion and closeout.

- Manage budgets, forecasting, contracts, change orders, and project financial performance.

- Partner with superintendents to align project planning with field execution.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Identify risks early and drive practical solutions before they affect delivery.

- Mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers.

- Support repeat business through consistent execution and strong client relationships.
