Pay: $115,000 $160,000 + bonus potential

Be the trusted advisor. An established Southwest Ohio CPA firm is hiring a hybrid Tax Manager (Dayton area) to lead client engagements and develop a team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage individual, corporate, estate/trust and SALT engagements
  • Review returns and deliverables and solve technical issues
  • Serve as main client contact
  • Mentor staff and seniors and help grow relationships

What You Bring:

  • CPA license
  • 5-10 years of public accounting tax experience
  • Strong communication and engagement management skills
