POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead specializing in Java and Spring Boot to drive the architecture and development of scalable enterprise application solutions. Reporting to the Engineering Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will bridge technical vision and execution by leading a collaborative engineering team, optimizing system performance, and partnering closely with UX, Design, and Product management to engineer secure enterprise authentication applications from the ground up.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect, write, and optimize clean, functional, and highly testable Java and Spring Boot code with comprehensive unit testing to support seamless DevOps integration.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Design, and Product management teams to design, define, and build enterprise authentication applications from scratch.

• Establish, maintain, and enforce robust RESTful API design standards while integrating Swagger UI documentation for seamless service exposure.

• Configure, maintain, and execute automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines incorporating static code analysis and security tools including SonarQube and Veracode.

• Lead engineering team decision-making, direct code reviews following the GitFlow framework, continuously enforce enterprise coding standards, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
