The clinic serves a high volume of walk-in patients and requires someone comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple providers.

- Dedicated triage area designed to separate walk-in urgent patients from scheduled clinic visits.
- Patient volume can vary significantly, requiring flexibility and strong clinical judgment. Some days may be slower, while others can be extremely busy.
- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage. Saturday shifts may be compensated with additional pay or PTO/flex time during the week.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Strong Emergency Room and triage experience required.
- Comfortable assessing and prioritizing acute and potentially unstable patients in an outpatient setting.
- Experience managing respiratory, cardiovascular, and hypertension-related presentations.
- Spanish fluency required.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, unpredictable environment.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to supporting multiple providers across specialties.
- Flexible and adaptable personality with a patient-focused mindset.
