CNA LTC/SNF

Job Summary:


Seeking reliable and experienced CNAs for a contract position in LTC/SNF settings. Candidates must be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  
• 
  Monitor and report changes in residents health status to nursing staff.
  
• 
  Follow care plans and adhere to facility protocols and safety standards.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  
• 
  Support team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• 
  Document care activities accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
  
• 
  Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• 
  Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  
• 
  Must bring a valid government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
  
• 
  Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination or provide exemption documentation.
