Job Summary:
Provide compassionate and efficient patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Ensure the safety, comfort, and needs of residents are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Follow care plans and document patient information accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care routines.
Adhere to facility protocols and infection control standards, including COVID-19 guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification valid in the state of New Mexico.
Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
Ability to lift, bend, and assist patients with mobility needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Must bring valid ID and comply with vaccination and exemption policies.
