Job Summary:


Provide compassionate and efficient patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Ensure the safety, comfort, and needs of residents are met with professionalism and attention to detail.



Responsibilities:




  • Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.

  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.

  • Follow care plans and document patient information accurately.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

  • Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care routines.

  • Adhere to facility protocols and infection control standards, including COVID-19 guidelines.








Qualifications:




  • Current CNA certification valid in the state of New Mexico.

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.

  • Ability to lift, bend, and assist patients with mobility needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Must bring valid ID and comply with vaccination and exemption policies.
