Therapist – Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:


Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative support in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves collaborating with the therapy team to deliver quality patient care while utilizing specific clinical systems.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
  
• 
  Execute therapeutic interventions and activities tailored to individual patient needs.
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately within the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system.
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and clinical protocols.
  
• 
  Maintain knowledge of SNF regulations and best practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active California license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  
• 
  Demonstrate SNF experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  
• 
  Possess knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) electronic medical records system.
  
• 
  Show strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• 
  Be committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
