Therapist – Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:



Provide support to physical therapists by assisting in patient care, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow. This position requires a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in conducting patient assessments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
  
• 
  Implement treatment plans by preparing materials and assisting with therapeutic exercises.
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment adhering to infection control policies.
  
• 
  Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all facility and professional protocols including identification and safety procedures.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant required.
  
• 
  Proven experience supporting physical therapy treatment in clinical settings preferred.
  
• 
  Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to various patient needs.
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and patients.
  
• 
  Knowledge of anatomy, patient positioning, and therapeutic exercises.
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain patient confidentiality.
