The facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages. The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support consistent and coordinated outpatient care delivery throughout the assignment period. On-site clinical support staff, including a dedicated medical assistant and registered nurses at a 2:1 ratio, are available to assist with daily clinical operations.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences suited to varied interests. Highlights include farm-to-table restaurants, cocktail bars, and interactive museums such as the Museum of Science and the Bunker Hill Museum. The historic North End neighborhood features Italian restaurants, pastry shops, and cobbled streets, while outdoor spaces such as the Quincy Quarries Reservation and public transit options, including the Green Line, provide access to surrounding neighborhoods including Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, structured in 20-minute appointments, with the patient population consisting primarily of adults ages 18 and older, though all ages are seen. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Required credentials include an active DNP license, DEA registration, BLS certification, prescriptive authority, and at least one complete COVID vaccination; board certification is negotiable, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 3-4 weeks.
