The facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering clinic-based primary care services to a patient population of all ages. The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support consistent and coordinated care delivery throughout the assignment period. On-site support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant and registered nurses available at a 2:1 ratio to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of cultural, entertainment, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Live music venues, comedy clubs, and theaters hosting productions across multiple genres provide diverse evening and weekend options. Interactive museums, dining experiences in neighborhoods known for Italian restaurants and historic architecture, and day trips to nearby towns round out the range of activities available during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, structured in 20-minute appointments, with the patient population consisting primarily of adults ages 18 and older, though all ages are seen. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Required credentials include an active PA license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and prescriptive authority; board certification is negotiable, and a minimum of one complete COVID vaccination is required, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 3-4 weeks.
