Human Resources Representative

Provides professional-level support across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and data-informed decision-making. Acts as a primary HR resource for leaders and employees, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices at the departmental level.

Advise leaders and employees on HR matters such as policy interpretation, performance concerns, and workforce planning.

Conduct initial assessments of employee relations issues and lead low-to-moderate risk investigations; escalate high-risk issues to HR Business Partners.

Guide on corrective actions and document compliance in line with policies and best practices.

Analyze HR data and trends to recommend operational improvements and identify system-level issues.

Support HR initiatives including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and compliance training.

Assist in local workforce planning by providing relevant data and policy-based recommendations.

Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Possess 24 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within healthcare.

Demonstrate strong advising skills and knowledge of HR policies and employment law.

Have the ability to handle confidential issues and conduct investigations independently.

Maintain current BLS certification and nursing license per state requirements.

Engage in ongoing professional development and cross-functional HR projects.

Contribute to operational excellence and employee well-being initiatives.
