Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individual treatment plans for residents.

Evaluate residents progress and modify therapy techniques accordingly.

Support residents in performing therapeutic exercises and functional activities.

Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Proven experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Ability to work collaboratively under supervision of a licensed PT.
